How RCG was born

RCG was born from Giuseppe’s passion for environmental safety, cultivated from his first professional experiences in the pharmaceutical sector (production of antihistamines and intermediates for the synthesis of antibiotics). During this experience, in fact, Giuseppe had the opportunity to work both on plant systems adopted in industrial chemistry, and on systems for treating reaction fumes and pollutant-laden waste water from the various processing phases.

Specialising in the industrial water and fume sector, as well as in the treatment and purification of primary water for industrial and civil use, Giuseppe began working as Chemical Manager in the metal surface treatment sector in several galvanic and painting companies, some of which were subject to Seveso regulations. These experiences have consolidated his knowledge in the operation and maintenance of both galvanising plants and related water and fume purification plants.

Over 20 years of experience

Since 2000, RCG Chemiesolutions has been providing customers with experience and expertise gained in the field in different types of electroplating: copper plating, nickel plating and chrome plating both decorative and thick, chromating, phosphochromating, painting, aluminium anodizing and its colouring, stainless steel electropolishing and more. Each customer is supplied with the best technologies, including special ones (formulated and prepared by the company itself for specific needs). Chemiesolutions’ objective is to solve the various problems of its customers, both plant and chemical, aiming to satisfy the actual needs of the company, even when dealing with the various control bodies on environmental and safety issues in the prevention of major accidents.

Sustainability as a corporate value

The growing need to lower the environmental impact that this type of sector entails as much as possible has led the company to develop a system of treatment and recovery of the water used which, after depollution, can be reintroduced into the production cycle up to 90%, depending on the type of process. This activity makes it possible to lower the environmental impact index, also leading to significant savings in procurement and disposal.

The need to provide the best possible service in solving the various customer problems leads the company to a constant focus on innovation, through constant participation in trade fairs and conventions dedicated to the sector.
